Last year we offered our first retreat collaboration, an opportunity that encouraged intentional listening, rest, creativity, and re-membering, where Dawn offered her gift of creating space for deep restoration and Cory brought her artistic gifts and invited participants to experiment with theirs! The first Rest and Remember retreat was so beautiful that we are delighted to be offering it again!
Rest and Remember is the invitation to slow down and savor every aspect of life, to bring the wholeness of yourself on retreat for three days and two nights on the sacred grounds of the Loretto Community in Nerinx, Kentucky (a little more than an hour from Louisville).
Here are the details:
Rest and Remember is from Thursday, April 18th at 6:30 pm through Saturday, April 20th at 2:00 pm at Knobs Haven and includes:
Five gentle yoga practices
A guided process of creating your own art piece to remember the wisdom that lives in you
Intentional walks
Community-building
Time for personal reflection
and more
The meals included are dinner Friday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday; breakfast and lunch Sunday. All meals will be vegetarian and delicious.
We value this experience at $548 ($580.88 including tax). However, we offer it free in the spirit of gift and invite you to consider what you are able to pay. If you cannot offer the suggested amount, please offer an amount that is meaningful to you. If you can offer more than the full amount in order to support another participant and this work, we are likewise grateful. Please add 6% sales tax to the total that you are able to offer as Kentucky is now requiring sales tax to be paid on retreats.

If you want us to hold a spot for you, please fill out this Google form. We request that you pay at least half of your registration now and the balance at the time of the retreat (payment details are in the form). If you’d like to pay through more than 2 payments, let us know and we can work that out.
