Learn to nurture conditions for mutual thriving through communal practice. The first Groundswell event includes music-making, somatic experimentation, reflection, and a shared meal.

The Standard Contribution Level is $50. The Pay-It-Forward Contribution Level is $75 (this contribution level supports the ability to provide scholarships and also offers additional support to the three facilitators).
