Have you spent most of your life as a people pleaser, attentive to the needs of everyone except yourself?
Do you feel guilty even for having needs?
Do you say “yes” to requests when your internal answer is actually “no” and find yourself resentful and frustrated for doing so?
Do you hear people talking about self-compassion and think it sounds like a far-off dream?
If you are feeling exhausted, frustrated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself, join me for this 6-week series.
In this series, you’ll:
Have dedicated time to set aside everyone else’s needs and tune into your mind, your heart, your body and your needs, creating a greater sense of balance
Learn tools that help you stay connected with yourself so you can move from exhaustion to empowerment
Practice speaking up for yourself, aligning your internal voice with your external words and actions
Find self-care strategies that work for you, so you don’t find yourself running on empty
This series includes:
Mindfulness practices
Compassionate Communication skills
Body awareness tools
Being in community with others who know these struggles as intimately as you
